MPA Approved Provider Application
The MPA 2021 Approved Provider Application is for organizations interested in providing mentor training to districts in accordance with the Mentor Program Allotment. Organizations that are approved through this Summer 2021 process will be included in the updated approved provider list in time for the Cycle 3 district application. Application and reference materials are now available on the application page.
At minimum, organizations must have the following for their application to be considered:
- At least 2 years of proven mentoring program implementation
- Addressed the needs of at least 5 or more different districts through its mentoring program
- Tier 1 or 2 evidence of mentoring program impact for at least 2 years
Application components must be uploaded and submitted through Qualtrics by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on July 23, 2021.
