What’s New in Performance Reporting

A–F Accountability

The College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Verifier was posted this week on the Performance Reporting tab within the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. Districts should use the CCMR Verifier to verify the accuracy of their CCMR data and, if needed, submit official documentation to correct data by July 14, 2021. If no discrepancies are found, no action is required. Please note that data from TSDS PEIMS submissions are not eligible for corrections, and therefore, are not shown. Districts SHOULD NOT submit industry-based certification (IBC) documentation through the level I and level II certificates field; IBCs are not eligible for correction.

Minimum requirements for credit can be found in the Minimum Requirements for Credit one-pager.

CCMR data is shown for 2019–20 annual graduates and non-graduating 12th graders. As all districts and campuses receive a Not Rated label in 2021, this data will only be reported. The CCMR Verifier one-pager provides additional information.

Please direct questions about the CCMR Verifier to Performance Reporting at performance.reporting@tea.texas.gov.

Local Accountability System

The Local Accountability Guide and Frequently Asked Questions provide information about plan requirement and example components. They can both be found on the local accountability webpage.

Districts wishing to learn more about the local accountability system and how to develop a district local accountability plan can participate in a 45-minute overview webinar with time for Q & A.

Registration links are available for upcoming webinar dates in June and July. The webinar schedule through August 2021 is available here.

The report will be available in the Assessment Management System under Reports > Students.

This Week’s FAQ

How will data in the CCMR Verifier be used to determine 2021 accountability ratings?

During a normal year, this data would be used in academic accountability rating calculations. However, because all districts and campuses will receive a Not Rated: Declared State of Disaster label in 2021, CCMR data will be reported for informational purposes only.
