Deadline Extended and Notice of Delivery Delay

Deadline Extension

Due to ongoing weather conditions and power outages, the CRF PPRP deadline for new applications and amendments has again been extended.

All amendments and new applications must now be received by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2021.

This extension affects all LEAs that previously requested a new application or amendment by or before January 31, 2021.

If an LEA previously submitted a PPRP application and did not request an amendment by January 31, 2021, TEA will continue processing the original application for reimbursement. No new requests or amendments to request additional funding will be considered.

Notice of Delivery Delay

If an LEA has received notice from provider(s) that devices previously guaranteed delivery by February 28, 2021 can no longer be guaranteed, the LEA must  email customerservice@teabulkorder.com and GrantSupport@tea.texas.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2021 to notify the PPRP program of the delivery delay and provide revised date(s) of delivery, if available.

TEA will continue to monitor weather conditions and related connectivity issues and determine if additional extensions or revised timelines are necessary.

See the CRF PPRP FAQ for additional guidance and answers to frequently asked questions.
