Timeline for LEA Responses to Preliminary Compliance Reviews

The 2017–2018 Exceptions/Adjustment Workbook is available in GFFC Reports and Data Collections and on the IDEA-B LEA MOE page of the TEA website.

LEAs will have until 4/26/19 to submit any of the following:

  • Applicable federal statutory exceptions
  • Adjustment to fiscal effort
  • Significant PEIMS errors impacting the calculation

To ensure that LEAs respond by the deadline at the end of next week, TEA encourages LEAs to begin finalizing/compiling the Exceptions Workbook and any documentation required to be submitted to TEA via GFFC Reports and Data Collections.
