LEA planning amounts for formula grants associated with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), IDEA-B Formula (611) and Preschool (619), and the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins) are now available and can be viewed on the Entitlements, Federal Fiscal Compliance and Reporting page.

Formula grant planning amounts are being made available earlier than normal to assist LEAs with their budgetary planning processes for the 2019–2020 school year. However, please note that these amounts are estimates and based on U.S. Department of Education (USDE) state budget tables. Revised Planning Amounts will be calculated in July 2019 upon receipt of final federal Grant Award Notifications (GANs) and final state allocations from USDE.

The current release schedule for applicant designation and certification (ADC) form, and eGrants applications is as follows:

  • ESSA Consolidated Federal Grant Application
    • ADC and eGrants application: June 3, 2019
