The 2018–2019 SC5050 Request for Federal Funding & Indirect Cost Rate for Charter Schools (SC5050) is now available in eGrants.

TEA will use this submission of the SC5050 to determine eligibility and planning amounts for applicable Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part B (IDEA-B) federal programs for the 2018–2019 school year. Applicants also complete the SC5050 to request their federal indirect cost rate.

SC5050 Deadline: April 6, 2018

To ensure eligibility and planning amounts are determined for the applicant, the SC5050 must be certified and submitted no later than April 6, 2018.

Accessing the 2018-2019 SC5050

1.    Log in to Texas Education Agency Secure Environment (TEASE) or TEA Login (TEAL).

2.    From the Application List, select eGrants.

3.    Open the dropdown list titled “Available Grant Programs in eGrants.”

4.    From the dropdown list, select the entry titled “2018–2019 Data Collections for Federal Funding.”

5.    Select “Initiate.”

6.    Select “2018–2019 Request Form for Federal Funding & Indirect Cost Rate for Charter Schools.”
