Errata Notice Posted

On November 18, 2016, Errata #1 was posted for the 2016-2017 NCLB Consolidated Federal  Grant Application.

The errata notice addresses the requirement to submit the NCLB Foster Care Addendum form for all grantees that receive Title I, Part A, funds.  The form is due 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on December 8, 2016.

For details, refer to the full errata notice posted on the TEA Grant Opportunities page. (Select the grant from the Application Name dropdown menu, then scroll down to the Application and Support Information section to see all errata notices and other documents posted for the grant.)

The required form is available for download from the secure GFFC Reports and Data Collections application within TEASE or TEAL.

The form includes specific instructions on how to properly complete and then upload the form back into GFFC Reports and Data Collections. Follow the steps below to download the required form:

1. Log on to TEA Secure Environment (TEASE) or TEA Login (TEAL)
2. Select “GFFC Reports and Data Collections”
3. Select “Download Response Templates”
4. Select the appropriate title “NCLB Foster Care Addendum” from the list to download the template

Once the document is completed according to the instructions provided with the form, follow these steps to upload (submit) the form to TEA:

1. Log on to TEA Secure Environment (TEASE) or TEA Login (TEAL)
2. Select “GFFC Reports and Data Collections”
3. Select “Upload Response Documents”
4. Select the applicable title “Response – NCLB Foster Care Addendum” from the drop-down list
5. Select the applicable school year “2016-2017” from the drop-down list
6. Browse for and select the scanned document to be uploaded
7. Select “Upload Document”
