Supplemental Environmental Project Quarterly Reports Due Date Approaching
 

You are receiving this email because you are subscribed to Third-Party SEP Administrator Updates from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. If you have already submitted the SEP Program Quarterly Report for the 3rd Quarter 2012 you may disregard this email.

This is a courtesy reminder for active Third-Party Supplemental Environmental Project ("SEP") Administrators. The quarterly reports for the 3rd Quarter 2012 are due to be submitted to sepreports@tceq.texas.gov with a copy to sharon.blue@tceq.texas.gov no later than Thursday, November 15, 2012.

All active Third-Party SEP Administrators are required to report on the performance and financial aspects of their SEP on a quarterly basis. You are considered an active Third-Party SEP Administrator if you have an agreement with TCEQ to receive SEP funds. You must report regardless of whether you currently hold SEP funds.  If you do have funds in your account, you must submit your report on Form TCEQ-20397 to the email addresses above.

If you have no funds in your account, simply send an email to sepreports@tceq.texas.gov with a copy to sharon.blue@tceq.texas.gov stating that you have no funds in your account.
