Frisco Boy Wins National Environmental Award

Prince Nallamothula, a student from Frisco, Texas, is among the winners of the 2019 President’s
Environmental Youth Award.

Nallamothula’s winning project for the program a is mobile application called “3RApp,” which helps his community sort their recycling.

During the week of May 3-9, the American Water Works Association invites you join an educational journey into the world of drinking water.

The AWWA has a library of materials, including kid’s activities, government proclamations, celebration ideas, social media graphics, and much more.

We want you to conserve water, energy, and utility bill costs by waiving sales tax on several water- and energy-saving appliances on the Energy Star Sales Tax Holiday.

During Memorial Day weekend, May 23–25, Texans can potentially save hundreds of dollars when purchasing, renting, or leasing qualifying appliances tax–free!
