2019 Art Contest Underway
 The 2019 Kids Art Contest has officially begun. If you're not familiar with our annual art contest, students create and submit their artwork of how they help keep the air and water clean, conserve water and energy, and reduce waste. The 16 students that submit the best artwork can win a Samsung tablet or laptop. The teacher of the student who wins the grand prize will also win a tablet. Prizes are made possible through a donation from Samsung Austin Semiconductor. We invite you to encourage your students to participate in this year's contest. We can't wait to see their artwork!
Support Texas Students by Voting for Your Favorite Videos
 Many Texas students worked hard to create their videos for the Take Care of Texas Video Contest, and we’re excited to present you with the finalists! Now it's time to pick your favorites. Please support these hard-working young people by casting your ballot. Pick one video from each age group, 6th - 8th and 9th - 12th grades. Once you’ve voted, help spread the word and get others to join in the fun! Voting runs through Jan. 24.
