New Update on State Securities Board Response to COVID-19

The Securities Commissioner has extended the waiver to provide filing relief for securities professionals using temporary office and work locations through September 30, 2021. The waiver relieves filers from having to update Form BR, Form U-4, Form BD, and Form ADV solely to report a temporary branch or work location or space-sharing arrangement.
