The Commission held its regular quarterly business meeting on Monday February 12th during the Texas Association of REALTORS Winter meeting in Austin, and we offered real estate continuing education (CE) hours for attendance, so we had a number of extra license holders join us that day.   Read More

New Contract Form Changes Now Available For Voluntary Use

Mandatory Use Begins May 15, 2018 For All License Holders, Make Sure You Are Ready! The Commission adopted changes to the mandatory contract forms recommended by the Broker Lawyer Committee at its February 12, 2018 meeting. The forms are available for voluntary use immediately and will become mandatory on May 15, 2018.
