SOLICITATION REQUEST 802-12-14699 LICENSE SALES SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION & MANAGEMENT NOTICE: ADDENDUM 1 - PRE-OFFER CONFERENCE TIME CHANGE The Texas Parks and Wild Life Department is issuing an addendum to amend the schedule time for the PRE-OFFER Conference along with providing each vendor with Exhibit E and F in a word format. Vendor are encourage to read, print and sign the addendum as part of your submission package, failure to do so may be cause for disqualification.

  SOLICITATION REQUEST 802-12-14699 LICENSE SALES SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION & MANAGEMENT The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting offers from qualified information system Contractors to implement an integrated, electronic licensing system (LSS) for the sale of hunting and fishing licenses. The system must be operational no later than August 15, 2013. The Contractor shall provide the following: Development of the software. If the Contractor has an off-the-shelf solution, development and maintenance will include customizations. Proper documentation, including system requirements, project plans, status reports, point-of-sale (POS) user manuals and functional application user manuals with a defined review and approval process. Proof of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) Compliance. Data migration services. Deployment and installation of all hardware, software, and necessary network components. Administration, maintenance, and support of the completed system. Pre-Offer Conference - A pre-offer conference is scheduled for Thursday, August 11, 2011 from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. Attendance at the pre-offer conference is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Failure to observe this restriction may result in disqualification of any subsequent response. This restriction does not preclude discussions between affected parties for the purpose of conducting business unrelated to this Offer.
