802-12-17157 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department requires a contractor, experienced in designing and implementing an erosion mitigation project on a landscape scale, to develop a Proposal for Post-Wildfire Erosion Mitigation at Bastrop State Park. As well as additional erosion control services that may become necessary during the contract term. Due to the immediate need of erosion mitigation at Bastrop State Park the Request for Proposal (RFP) Schedule of Events are shortened from the standard RFP processing time. In addition, the HUB Subcontracting Notification requirement is decreased to 5 working days. It is TPWD’s intent to solicit, review and award this contract quickly to avoid further loss of property. RFP ISSUE DATE: March 21, 2012. HUB NOTIFICATION DEADLINE: March 28, 2012 (see Section I. Paragraph 8). PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: March 29, 2012, 10:00am CT. QUESTIONS DUE: March 30, 2012, 2:00pm CT. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: April 5, 2012, 2:00pm CT. ATTENTION: The solicitation package and any addenda issued thereto may also be viewed on the ESBD website at: http://esbd.cpa.state.tx.us/bid_show.cfm?bidid=99412. It is the responsibility of interested parties to periodically check the ESBD website for updates/addenda to the procurement prior to submitting a proposal.
