METRO Asks for Help Locating Suspect in Robbery and Thefts

Suspect Kasell Justice Sought By Police

Eighteen-year-old Kassell Justice (pictured here) is a suspect in numerous thefts and robberies in the Texas Medical Center area.

METRO Police ask you to take a good look at this photograph of 18-year-old Kassell Justice and alert authorities to his whereabouts. The teen is suspected in at least six thefts and robberies. The incidents, in which he reportedly grabbed personal electronics and other items from unsuspecting victims, date as far back as June in and around the Texas Medical Center.

Justice, witnesses say, works with accomplices who drive a silver Nissan Altima used as a get-away car. Several of the victims, authorities say, were slow to alert police because of language differences and unfamiliarity with the city. METRO Police are working with University of Texas, Texas Medical Center and West University police to interview witnesses and collect information about the crime spree. The photograph of Justice shown here was taken by TMC police who stopped the teen before they received word of his alleged involvement in a theft that day.

Justice is said to be approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has been seen and photographed at Smith Lands, and Reliant Park stations as well as on Knight and Holly Hall roads between Fannin and Almeda.  There is a warrant out for his arrest. If you have information about this suspect please call Crime Stoppers at (713) 222-TIPS (222-8477).
