Partial Weekend METRORail Closure

Rail expansion construction will require the partial shutdown of METRO's Red Line over the weekend.

No METRORail service will be available between the Downtown Transit Center and the Northline Transit Center. The closure begins Friday, July 11 at 8 p.m. until normal service resumes Monday, July 14, at 4:30 a.m.

METRO will operate "700 Rail Shuttle" buses every 10 minutes during regular rail service hours. Customers should expect longer travel times during this service interruption.
