Late-Night Red Line Service Modified for Landscape Work

Patrons Traveling Northbound and Southbound Must Board at Northbound Platforms During Late Evening Hours

Beginning Sunday, Oct. 8, 2017 at 8 p.m., METRO will modify late-night rail service on the Red Line in order to allow Midtown Management District work crews to complete landscape enhancements along the corridor. During these periods, patrons traveling northbound and southbound from Wheeler or McGowen Stations must board their train from northbound platforms. Service will operate on a single-track on the following dates:

Sunday, Oct. 8 - Thursday, Oct. 12
Sunday, Oct 15 - Thursday, Oct. 19

Frequency during these times will be 18 - 20 minutes, so please allow more time for your trip. See below for additional details:
