Alert #8: METRO Puts More Bus Routes and Rail Lines in Service

METRO is adding nine more local bus routes and has resumed operations on portions of the Green and Purple Lines as it restores service. Bus routes marked by an asterisk below will begin operating at the start of service on Sunday, Sept. 3. All other bus routes listed are currently in service.

METRORail

METRORail Red Line is fully operational. The Green Line is now operating between Magnolia Park Transit Center and Eado/Stadium stations. The Purple Line is now operating between Palm Center and Eado/Stadium stations. Rail service is operating on a Sunday schedule.

METROLift

METROLift has resumed regular service. Trips should be scheduled one day in advance in the normal manner: Online or by calling 713-225-6716 or 713-225-0410.

Park & Ride - HOV / HOT

METRO Park & Ride will resume Tuesday, Sept. 5. METRO HOV/ HOT lanes are still being evaluated for service.
