METRO Board Chair Carrin Patman
Houston Woman Magazine has recognized METRO Board Chair Carrin Patman for her outstanding efforts and named her one of Houston's 50 Most Influential Women of 2016.
"It is truly an honor to be recognized among this group of outstanding women. I look forward to the positive contributions we can make collectively," said METRO Chair Carrin Patman.
Since accepting the appointment from Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner in 2016, Chair Patman has overseen the completion of METRORail's Green Line overpass, the agency's Super Bowl LI service that yielded historic ridership, and initiated the development of a regional transit plan. She is the first woman to serve as the agency's chair.
