Some riders need directions; others have questions about how to pay fares. Whatever the need, METRO employees are stepping up to help patrons reach their Super Bowl events. With the largest events located just steps away from METRORail, the trains are expected to be busy with visitors, which is why METRO employees have filled 800 volunteer shifts. Super Bowl Host Committee volunteers have also answered the call to assist our patrons.

"This is truly a team effort. Our employees are committed to making sure all of our guests have an excellent experience, and they are giving of their personal time to ensure that happens. We couldn't be prouder," said METRO Volunteer Program Coordinator Ramona Crayton.

METRO volunteers are stationed on rail platforms and other locations along the transit system. They are easy to spot with their bright yellow vest, red caps and helpful information.

Keep an eye out for all the friendly volunteers now through Super Bowl Sunday.
