The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) is the region’s largest public transit provider, offering safe, reliable and affordable transportation services about 370,000 times per day. Park & Ride Trips Added to Ease Super Bowl Traffic

Early service is available for downtown workers who are able to head home early this Thursday and Friday. METRO is adding early outbound Park & Ride trips Feb.02 and Feb.03 to help workers and reduce Super Bowl related traffic congestion.

Service every 15 minutes:

• 209 Kuykendahl/Spring (12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m.)

• 219 Cypress/Northwest Station/West Little York

(12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. this route will serve the Cypress Park & Ride

for these days only)

• 229 Grand Parkway/Kingsland/Addicks (12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. this route will serve the Grand Parkway Park & Ride for these days only)

• 249 Monroe/Fuqua/Bay Area (12 p.m. until 3 p.m.)

• 259 Kingwood/Townsen/Eastex (12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m.)

• 269 Westwood/West Bellfort/Hillcroft (12 p.m. until 3 p.m.)

Service every 30 minutes:

• 212 Seton Lake (12 p.m. until 3 p.m.)

• 236 Maxey Road/Baytown (12 p.m. until 3 p.m.)

Park & Ride routes not listed above will operate regular p.m. service beginning at approximately 3:00 p.m. Please check your route’s schedule for the correct times at ridemetro.org.

METRORail service will operate a regular weekday schedule.
