In observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, METRO will operate the following schedule:

Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016 (Christmas Eve)

  • Local bus routes will run a Saturday schedule.
  • METRORail service will run a Saturday schedule.
  • Park & Ride routes will not run.

Sunday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Day)

  • Local bus routes will run a Sunday schedule.
  • METRORail service will run a Sunday schedule.
  • Park & Ride routes will not run.

Saturday, Dec. 31 (New Year’s Eve)

  • Local bus routes will run a Saturday schedule.
  • METRORail service will run a Saturday schedule.
  • Park & Ride routes will not run.

Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017 (New Year’s Day)

  • Local bus service will run a Sunday schedule.
  • METRORail service will run a Sunday schedule.
  • Park & Ride routes will not operate. 

Mon., Dec. 26, 2016, & Mon., Jan. 2, 2017

  • Local bus service will run a Sunday schedule.
  • METRORail service will run a Sunday schedule.
  • Park & Ride routes will not run. 

METROLIFT HOLIDAY HOURS

In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, METROLift Reservations and Customer Service offices will be closed Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, and Monday, Jan. 2, 2017. All subscription trips will be canceled.

Christmas Holiday 2016

To schedule trips for Saturday, Dec. 24, through Tuesday, Dec. 27, you must call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, Dec. 23, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

New Year’s Holiday 2017

To schedule trips for Saturday, Dec. 31, through Tuesday, Jan. 3, you must call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, Dec. 30, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
