system overhaul on Aug. 16, 2015, METRO has reached many milestones. Here

100 new bus shelters installed

98 seconds average wait time for a Customer Care Center call, down about a minute wait time prior to the New Bus Network

50 new CNG Buses (compressed natural gas) buses added to METRO’s fleet of 1,220 buses, which include clean diesel and hybrid vehicles

16 transit agencies (and growing) seeking METRO guidance on redesigning transit systems
