METRO added more trips, bigger buses, and adjusted routes to improve service reliability and ease overcrowding.   Enhancements included more early morning and late night runs and additional weekend service.

METRO understands that optimizing the New Bus Network's performance is an ongoing process.  The launch of the New Bus Network was the beginning of a five-year plan to improve the way the region moves.

METRO's board and service planners continue to listen to rider input.
