New Customer Care Center Hours Begin Sunday

Please be advised that effective Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016 operating hours for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County's (METRO) Customer Care Center and Comments/Complaints Center will change. Revised hours are as follows:


NEW Customer Service (CCC) hours 

Mon-Fri         6 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Sat/Sun         8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

 

NEW Comments/Complaint Center (CRT) hours

Mon-Fri         6 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Sat/Sun         CLOSED
