Citizens help needed to locate suspect
METRO police are turning to the public for assistance locating 48-year-old Michael Keith LeBlanc, wanted for indecent exposure in a recent case involving a minor. LeBlanc is also wanted on parole violations for burglary and has an extensive criminal history which includes aggravated assault on a police officer.
METRO Police Department officials report the juvenile was approached by LeBlanc while on a train headed northbound to UH-Downtown station. LeBlanc reportedly boarded the train at the Downtown Transit Center where he exposed himself to other riders who did not report the incident. He later exited the train at the UH-Downtown Station where exposed himself to the juvenile.

The suspect, 48-year-old Michael Keith LeBlanc, is wanted for parole violations including burglary and aggravated assault on a police officer. LeBlanc is reported to be violent and has a long history with law enforcement. He is about 5'8" tall and weighs about 170 pounds. Witnesses say he is known to frequent the area near the METRO Downtown Transit Center at 1900 Main.
