METROLift Paratransit Services Available

Customers May Request Same Day Trips As Needed

The METRO service area is currently under a Tropical Storm Warning. Due to anticipated forecasted weather conditions, METROLift began the day providing only medically essential trips. In light of current weather conditions METROLift customers can now call in and request same day trips as needed. Simply call the Dispatch Center at 713-225-0410.

Please note, however, that weather conditions may change at any time and METRO may adjust service as needed to ensure customer safety.
