TDI seeks comments to informal draft of TWIA claim rules

TDI requests comments on an informal draft of changes to Texas Windstorm Insurance Association claim rules. The changes would implement parts of Senate Bill 615 and House Bills 1900 and 1944 from the 2019 Texas Legislature. The changes are related to:

  • Supplemental payments;
  • Replacement cost payments; and
  • Extension of deadlines.
