2015 Fatal Occupational Injuries in Texas

In 2015, there were 527 fatal occupational injuries in Texas, a 1 percent decrease from 531 in 2014, according to data from the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries. More information

Accident Prevention Reports Due April 1

Insurance companies with Texas workers’ compensation insurance policies effective in 2016 must file their DWC Form-109, Accident Prevention Services Annual Reports by April 1. The DWC Form-109 must be submitted by email to aps@tdi.texas.gov. Contact DWC at 512-804-5020 for questions.
