Starting July 1 Claims Submitted with Group ID “TXVDP” Will Reject

For a fee-for-service (FFS) claim, the accepted values in the “Group ID” field (Field 3Ø1-C1) are “MEDICAID”, “CHIP”, “KHC”, or “CSHCN”. If an improper Group ID is submitted for a FFS claim, the claim will reject with error code “Ø6” (M/I Group Number).
