Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) provider, 

 

Please complete the Administering the Flu Vaccine in the TVFC Program Survey by Friday, August 16, 2024, at 5 p.m. CST. The flu team will use this 5-minute survey to better understand flu vaccination practices in TVFC facilities and identify barriers associated with administering the flu vaccine.
