Update on Pfizer 6m-4y COVID Diluent

Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program providers,
The diluent pack size of the 2023-2024, Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for people six months through 4 years of age [National Drug Code (NDC): 59267-4315-02] changed on February 29, 2024.
The pack size changed from a 10-pack diluent to a 25-pack diluent. Please note, one diluent vial is required to reconstitute one multidose vaccine for people six months through 4 years of age.
The following table shows the number of diluent vials providers will receive based on order size. Providers should dispose unused diluent.
