GL 21-1003-A Emergency End Stage Renal Disease Off-Site Facilities During the COVID-19 Pandemic Amended

GL 21-1003-A regarding the extension of an emergency rule related to end stage renal disease (ESRD) off-site facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic has been posted. Effective July 27, 2021, the emergency rule is extended for 60 days and temporarily permits a currently licensed ESRD facility to request HHSC approval to temporarily operate an off-site outpatient facility without obtaining a new license in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
