Update: HHSC Publishes IL 2021-31 Guidance for FMSAs and CDS Employers due to COVID-19

The revised information letter (IL 2021-31) alerts FMSAs about the extension of the suspension of in-person CDS employer orientations through July 19, 2021. If the federal PHE is continued this extends through July 31. Service Backup Plan, prevention of the spread of COVID-19 information is also included in this IL.

This IL replaces IL 2021-17, COVID-19 Guidance for FMSAs and Consumer Directed Services Employers.
