Vaccine Choice Opens May 3, 2021

Beginning Monday, May 3, 2021, providers may update vaccine choice(s) through the Electronic Vaccine Inventory (EVI) system. In EVI, the "Update Choice" tab will be open at 10 a.m. on May 3 and close at 3 p.m. on May 21.

The next opportunity for providers to update their vaccine choice(s) will be August 2021.

Open-Ordering for Flu Vaccine Ends May 24, 2021

May 24, 2021 will be the last day to order influenza vaccine for the current 2020-2021 flu season and will not be available for order again until the fall of 2021. If you need to order flu vaccines after this date, please contact your responsible entity.
