In honor of the more than 381,000 Texans who live with a disability due to a traumatic brain injury, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s Office of Acquired Brain Injury will commemorate Brain Injury Awareness Month with a free event on March 31, 2020, titled, “Change Your Mind: Connecting Your Mind and Body After Brain Injury.”

There is no cost to attend this event. American Sign Language and Spanish interpreter will be provided at the event. Anyone needing special accommodations should email the request to the Office of Acquired Brain Injury by March 17, 2020.
