Launch of the Immunization Quality Improvement for Providers (IQIP) Program

As of July 1, 2019, DSHS will no longer conduct a manual pull of immunization records at your site and will no longer manually enter all the dates of the vaccines into a system (known as an Assessment, Feedback, Incentive, and eXchange (AFIX) visit).
