New CHIP Perinatal Brochures Now Available

Newly updated bilingual CHIP perinatal brochures have been printed and are ready for distribution. The new brochures feature an income guideline chart and updated information about CHIP perinatal services. The brochures are available for order at the CHIP/Children’s Medicaid website online order form.
