SBA's SHUTTERED VENUE OPERATORS GRANT Applications Currently Paused, Set To Re-open Soon

The U.S. Small Business Administration has identified and fixed the initial issues related to the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) application portal crashing shortly after opening on April 8th. "When we re-started rigorous testing with our vendors and did additional risk analysis, our teams identified other potential performance issues, which we are working to resolve. We are focused on strengthening the portal’s performance and user enhancements for when it reopens," writes the SBA. "We are still determining an exact reopening date for the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant application. As soon as it is confirmed, we will provide advance notice." Stay tuned to the TMO social media channels and the TMO website; we'll announce the new SVOG grant application window as soon as its made available.

Join numerous Texas artists who have thrown their support behind the Texas Music Office's Music Education & Community Grant Program (aka the License Plate Grant) which provides opportunities for the next generation of Texas musicians and support for music programming in under-served and under-resourced communities. $22 from the $30 fee from the purchase of every Texas Music Office specialty license plate goes directly toward providing music instruments and lessons to Texas school children in need around the state. In addition, this fund is able to partner with non-profit organizations to create experiences featuring Texas music in under-resourced communities statewide.
