COVID-19 vaccine information
If you, as an employee at the city (Police, Fire or General), have previously registered on Tarrant County’s website and you have not received an appointment date/time yet, please email Kimberly Tyler Kimberly.Tyler@fortworthtexas.gov. She will make sure you are in the system and work with Tarrant County to get you called soon.
If you are waiting for the second shot, please know that it is likely that Tarrant County will contact you the night before the date. They typically make calls, send texts as well as email the night before. Please be patient and wait until they contact you.
If you have not yet signed up for the vaccine on Tarrant County’s site, please follow the instructions below:
- When registering, use the following identifiers:
- Field of Work:
- Firefighters – Fire
- Law enforcement/public safety – Police and Marshals
- Government Worker – General employees
- Employer: CFW
- Using your work email address will help prioritize scheduling. Do not use the same email for multiple people.
- Age and certain medical conditions can give employees priority in the appointment process. Please fill out the form completely.
