Update: RTS Unavailable for Some Users (07/17/2026 @ 8:06 AM)
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles sent this bulletin at 07/17/2026 08:07 AM CDT
TxDMV is aware that RTS is unavailable for some Counties and RSCs. Our network service
provider is experiencing network issues and we have tickets open with them. Support
staff are working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will provide update once the issue have been resolved.
