On Thursday January 29, 2026, from 8:00pm to 10:00pm The Department will implement a scheduled system update that will temporarily impact access to the Inventory Management System (IMS) and your ability to assign plates in e-Plate.
During this downtime, you should use Internet Down Receipts to complete transactions.

If you are logged in when the update begins, you may be automatically signed out.
