The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) adopts a rule in the December 26, 2025, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted rule is available on the TxDMV website at https://www.TxDMV.gov/about-us/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2025.
The adoption includes revisions to 43 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 217, relating to implementation of SB 2001 and HB 5436, 89th Legislative.
