Informational: Cognos Reports and Convenience Fee (12/11/2025 @ 4:16 PM)

Good afternoon,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles are aware that some Cognos reports are missing the
$1.00 discount for online purchases made before 12/7. 

IT Support Staff are actively working to identify what caused it to happen and to resolve the issue.
