Update: webDealer Unavailable (09/10/2025 @ 2:55 PM)

Good afternoon,

     The webDEALER system is unavailable due to a Shared Technology Services (STS) outage. The
     STS vendor outage is causing network issues affecting multiple customers and systems.

    
     Support Staff are working with the vendor to resolve the issue. An update will be provided
     when the issue has been resolved.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact on you or your customers.
