Initial Notification: eLICENSING Release 25.4 (08/23/2025 @ 6:00 PM)

Good afternoon,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will update the eLICENSING System
starting at 6:00 PM Saturday (08/23/2025), lasting up to 10:00 AM (08/24/2025).  

During the deployment window, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues
when accessing the eLICENSING System. 

A notification will be published after the eLICENSING deployment has been completed.
