TxDMV publishes an emergency rulemaking in the July 25, 2025, issue of the Texas Register, effective July 10, 2025.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has published an emergency rulemaking in the July 25, 2025, issue of the Texas Register. Language is available on TxDMV's website at https://www.TxDMV.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2025.

The emergency rulemaking includes:

• revisions to 43 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 224, relating to implementation of House Bill 1672, 89^th Legislative Session, and Cleanup.
