Initial Notification: Wichita Falls RSC Network Outage (03/10/2025 @ 1:23 PM)

Good afternoon,

An AT&T network outage is affecting the TxDMV Wichita Falls Regional Service Center and other sites in
the West Texas region.

Support Staff are aware of the issue and have rerouted phone calls to alternate RSC locations as a
temporary workaround until the AT&T network services are restored.

An update will be provided when additional information becomes available, or the issue has been
resolved.
