The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) adopts a rule in the December 27, 2024, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted rule is available on TxDMV's website at https://www.TxDMV.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules-2024.
The adoption includes:
- revisions to 43 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 218, concerning cleanup.
