Good afternoon,

On the evening of Thursday, September 21, 2023, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
(TxDMV) updated the Registration and Titling System (RTS) with Release 23.4.1 which contains
the content summarized below. 

Enhancements: 

RTS:

• Eligible Food Bank vehicles exempt from registration fee 

• Inspection Self Certification (Travel Trailers)
